What we make
We're a manufacturer, not a stock catalog, so everything is made to order. Start with the product you're packing, not the box. Send the size and how it ships, and one packaging specialist replies in 12–24 hours with a structure.
Boxes for the shelf, boxes for the post and boxes that get kept. Cartons ship flat and cost the least. Mailers ship on their own. Rigid boxes carry weight and price. Bags and pouches cover what doesn't fit in a box.
We work in paperboard, kraft, corrugated and rigid board. Paper-first materials are 100% recyclable, with the caveat that lamination and window film add plastic.

Sizing
Sizing any box
Send the product's length, width and height, or a photo on a ruler. Don't add clearance yourself. We add it when we draw the dieline.

Finishes

Most boxes need one finish, not four. Aqueous coating goes on every box by default.
Foil stamping

Pressed in, no ink. Works on kraft as well as white board.

Gloss on one area of a matte box. Good for a logo, bad for small text.
