Electronics packaging is a rigid or corrugated box with an insert that stops the device moving, printed with your brand. A charger, a cable and a speaker each need a different insert.
The catch is movement. A product that rattles in transit arrives damaged, and static-sensitive parts need antistatic material that we don't supply. Tell us what goes inside and how it ships.

Guide 1
Small accessories such as cables suit a folding carton with a tuck end.
Chargers and earbuds suit a rigid box with an insert.
Larger devices ship in a corrugated box with a die-cut insert.
Guide 2
Parcel carriers bill on the greater of actual and dimensional weight. A snug box costs less to ship than a loose one. See shipping box sizes for the formula.
