Our US representative is based in Dallas, Texas. That's a representative, not an office, showroom or warehouse, so there's nowhere to walk in or collect boxes. Everything runs by email, and the finished boxes are shipped to you.
- Start with one measurement. Send the inside dimensions of your product, or a photo of it on a ruler. If you're not sure which side is which, our guide to measuring a box covers the order.
- One person on email. One packaging specialist handles your order from the first sketch to delivery. You won't be passed between departments.
- Plan from the proof, not the first email. Production takes 10–12 days from proof approval. Shipping to Dallas is on top of that.
- Ship to wherever the boxes get packed. A studio, a commercial kitchen or a fulfillment warehouse. Boxes arrive flat, packed in cartons.

Selling beyond Texas
Packaging laws to know if you sell outside Texas.
As of January 2026, seven states have enacted packaging extended producer responsibility laws: Maine, Oregon, Colorado, California, Minnesota, Maryland and Washington, according to Holland & Knight's state EPR update. Texas isn't on that list.
- The laws follow where you sell, not where you're based. A Dallas brand shipping to customers in those states may still have obligations, wherever the boxes are made.
- California has the longest reach. CalRecycle's SB 54 page has the schedule. Our Los Angeles page covers the recycling-symbol rules too.
- Paper boxes are the simplest starting point. Skip lamination and window film and a box stays easy to recycle.
Our take: soft-touch lamination undoes the point of a paper box. Our paper-first materials are 100% recyclable. Soft-touch and window film add a plastic layer the box didn't have. We make boxes, not legal calls, so check your labels with whoever handles compliance.

Do you have an office in Dallas?
No. Foldwell has no office, showroom or warehouse in Dallas. Our US representative is based in Dallas, Texas. We work by email and ship the finished boxes to your address.
How long do custom boxes take to reach Dallas?
Production takes 10–12 days on most orders, counted from proof approval. Shipping to Dallas is on top of that. If you need boxes in your hands this week, buy stock boxes locally and switch to custom for the next run.
What is the minimum order for custom boxes in Dallas?
50 units per design, the same as everywhere we ship. That's enough to test a box with real customers before a bigger run.
Does Texas have a packaging law?
Texas isn't one of the seven states with an enacted packaging EPR law as of January 2026. If you sell into California, Colorado, Oregon, Maine, Minnesota, Maryland or Washington, those states' rules can still apply to you.
Do you charge for structural design?
No. Structural design is $0. We draw the dieline around your product, and you only pay once you order boxes.

Our minimum is 50 units. For 10 or 20, a stock box with a printed sticker will cost you less.
You need boxes next week
Production runs 10–12 days before shipping. If your launch is sooner, buy stock boxes now and switch to custom for the next run.
You want plain brown boxes
If nothing gets printed, a stock box supplier is cheaper and faster. We're worth it once the box carries your brand.
You need to pick up boxes today
There's no Dallas counter to collect from. If you need boxes in hand today, a local Dallas supplier with stock is the right call.
