Apparel packaging is usually a printed mailer box that holds folded clothes flat and ships without an outer carton. Shoes go in a corrugated shoe box, and small accessories fit a pillow box or a sleeve.
The catch is weight and rubbing. Clothes are light, so a heavy rigid box adds shipping cost for nothing. And a dark print that scuffs in transit looks worse than plain kraft. Keep the print simple on the outside and spend the effort on the inside of the lid.

Corrugated and rigid shoe boxes, including mailer-style boxes that ship on their own.
Standard flap-top cartons with your logo on the outside. Built for heavier orders.
Curved-end boxes for small, light items. No glue, no tape, one fold each side.
A printed band around a plain box. The cheapest way to brand stock packaging.
Mailers printed inside and out, so the first thing people see is the inside of the lid.
Guide 1
T-shirts, knitwear and hoodies fold into a flat mailer. Size the box to the folded stack, not the loose garment.
Shoes need a stiffer corrugated box with a lid that stays put through shipping.
Socks, ties and belts suit a small pillow box or a printed sleeve.
Drop launches are where a printed tissue wrap and a lid message pay off, since that moment is what gets filmed.
Guide 2
Measure the garment folded the way you will pack it. Empty space costs you money in dimensional weight, so a snug box is cheaper to ship.
Send the three numbers and a photo on a ruler. We add clearance when we draw the dieline.
Honest fit
If you ship only a few orders at a time, a plain poly mailer or stock box may cost less and go out faster. We can consider small runs, but best value starts at 50. If your product is a single garment and a hang tag, you may not need a box at all.
