Mailer boxes
Self-locking corrugated boxes that ship without an outer carton and open like a lid.
Printed boxes built around your product, from 50 units. We draw the structure for free, you approve the proof, and production takes 10–12 days.
Start with what you need
Pick what you're packing and a format. We'll tell you if it fits, and if it doesn't, what to use instead.
Folding carton
Good fitPrinted paperboard that ships flat and folds in seconds.
The standard for retail. Prints edge to edge and stacks neatly on a shelf.
01 / Retail
Cartons and display boxes that make your product easy to spot and easy to pick up.
02 / Shipping
Mailers and inserts that get through a delivery truck and still look good on the doorstep.
03 / Premium
Rigid boxes heavy enough that people reuse them for something else.
Popular boxes
Self-locking corrugated boxes that ship without an outer carton and open like a lid.
Tuck-end cartons for the shelf. Ship flat, fold in seconds, print edge to edge.
Two-piece lid and base boxes in wrapped greyboard. The box people keep on a shelf.
A drawer that slides out of a printed sleeve. Slower to open, which is the point.
Unbleached kraft cartons with one- or two-color print. Reads as natural without saying so.
Materials
All of them are paper-first and 100% recyclable. The right one depends on whether your box sits on a shelf, rides in a truck, or gets kept.
Solid bleached sulfate
Bright white board that takes full-color print cleanly. The default for retail cartons.
Paperboard boxesUnbleached paperboard
Brown, fibrous and honest-looking. Prints best with one or two strong ink colors.
Kraft boxesE-flute and B-flute
A fluted middle layer that survives a delivery truck. Use it when the box ships on its own.
Corrugated boxesWrapped greyboard
Thick board wrapped in printed paper. Heavy, stiff and meant to be kept.
Rigid board boxesFinishes
Pick the one that people will notice in their hands. Your specialist will tell you which ones fight each other.
Metallic foil pressed into the board. Catches light at an angle.
A raised shape you can feel with your thumb. No ink needed.
The opposite: pressed in. Quieter, and it works on kraft.
Gloss on one area of a matte box. Good for a logo, bad for text.
A velvet feel on the whole surface. Adds a plastic layer, so skip it if you need plastic-free.
Water-based protective layer. Recyclable and the default on every box.
How it works
The specialist who picks up your first email stays with the project until the boxes arrive.
Step 01
Send the product dimensions, how it ships and how many you need. A photo on a ruler is enough to start.
Step 02
Your packaging specialist builds the dieline around your product. Structural design is free.
Step 03
Drop your artwork onto the dieline. We check bleed, folds and barcodes, and send a digital proof.
Step 04
Production takes 10–12 days on most orders. Boxes ship flat, packed in cartons, to your door.
Honest fit
Our minimum is 50 units. For 10 or 20, a stock box with a printed sticker will cost you less.
Production runs 10–12 days before shipping. If your launch is sooner, buy stock boxes now and switch to custom for the next run.
If nothing gets printed, a stock box supplier is cheaper and faster. We're worth it once the box carries your brand.

Materials
Kraft prints darker than white board, so one or two strong ink colors work best. Styles, finishes, recycling and when kraft is the wrong choice.
