Overview
What makes a tissue box work?
The catch is the opening. Too tight and the tissue tears, too loose and the whole stack slides out. The size and shape of the opening depend on the tissue fold, so send a sample stack or the fold type and size.
A tissue box is a paperboard carton with a die-cut slot in the top. The slot has to match the tissue's fold so each sheet pulls cleanly and the next one rises ready.
Many brands print a pattern or logo across the whole box, because it sits on a desk or a bathroom shelf for weeks. It's one of the longest-seen surfaces a brand has.

How long do tissue boxes take?
10–12 days on most orders, counted from proof approval. Shipping time is on top and depends on where the boxes are going.
Do you charge for structural design?
No. Structural design is $0. We draw the dieline around your product, and you only pay once you order boxes.
Can you supply the tissue as well?
No. We make the printed box. You fill it with your own tissue or buy tissue from a paper supplier.
How do you size the opening?
To the tissue fold and the stack. Send a sample or the dimensions.
Can I order custom tissue boxes in bulk?
Yes. Bulk is where per-box cost comes down. Tell us the quantity and we'll quote it.

If nothing gets printed, a stock box supplier is cheaper and faster. We're worth it once the box carries your brand.
